Questions about a Care Companion session or China Doctor consultation? Include your account email and the booking ID from your confirmation email, and we can act on it right away.

To access, correct, or delete your personal data, email us with the subject "Privacy request". We respond within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued as account credits per our Terms of Service. If we could not provide your service, you may request a refund to your original payment method within 30 days.
